(see second message) I think it is natural that we should establish whether we are the only one to be having problems before notifying you and the tips board is an obvious way to do it? For everyone I have now deleted my tempory internet files and all is OK again - may be coincidence though Sylvie

Seems to be slow most of the time today. I think we should email GC. They might not be aware of the poor site performance. There servers could be getting clogged up if they're emailing newsletters or running backups. Crista

Earlier this evening I could access the site I could open tips board but if I clicked on any messages they were very slow to open and sometimes not at all The whole site seemed sluggish I went away for an hour and now everything seem to be O.K Bren

It was running slow for me earlier, and I am on broadband I rebooted my computer, and it has gone back to normal speed. Sometimes it gets clogged up and needs a decoke

Same here, i couldn't get on through favourites or through any searches, kept coming up unavailable, finally made it by sending a genes surname update into my hotmail account where i just clicked onto it from there, complicated or what, it took me an hour and a half.

I just keep getting page unavailable when I try to get on any of the other boards, it took me an hour and a half to get on this one!

I had the same trouble as Margaret. I still can't get into my Name Summary. Sue
