There are three special people who always seem to find answers for me (or at least look); about 6 people who have been WONDERFUL; and countless people who have answered my many questions, sometimes dumb questions. The site has so many helpful, caring people. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!

Great idea!" Even though I have no one to yet thank I want to start by thanking anyone who is able to help me in the future! I am old in years (70 in a few days) but a 'newie' when it comes to genealogy research.. I know that my grandfather was born in 1876, in Runcorn, Cheshire and will try to research from there. To all those who give freely of their time to assist others in a search for ancestry-- very well done- and thanks, again. Syd Withington

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me over the last year, there are so many of you I can't remember all your names, without you GC members I would not have found my Great Grandma, we did not even know her name as she died when giving birth to my Grandma, and finding her and all her family has kept my Mum going since I lost my Dad last year, she can't wait to hear who else I have found when I phone her up. I am still finding more relations that we did'nt know existed thanks to all you GC members. Hopefully I will be able to help someone soon, I have ordered the 1861 Sussex CD but am still waiting for it to arrive, mind you I'm not sure what I do with it when I get it!! Time will tell. Thanks again, Maggie

I've already posted a message, but have to add one more thank you. This one is for the husbands, wives, etc. of those who help so much. One person in particular always seems to step in and help me -- his wife must be a very special person to let him spend so much time helping GC people. Thanks to all of the partners who share their mates with us.
