Brenda, Thanks for the info. I haven't got too far back in the Waller tree yet. To be honest I only really started this in earnest about a month or so ago and its been leaps and bound ever since I joined GR! Thank you for the info about the graveyard. I have actually found out that my family was from the Norfolk area and was hoping to take a trip in a couple of weeks. Now I have one definite place to visit! Thank you very much! Saff:)

For all the people who helped me with this.... I may have made a small breakthough. Whilst googling my GGGF name I came across a cemetary list for Lowestoft. On it there is listed a Mary Fanny Waller who died in 1892 and was the wife of Charles Waller. She also lived in the Coastguard buildings. (He was a coatsguard) Now I know his wife's name was given as Maud on the 1891 census but I do think this is the same woman. The dates add up and also where she died (given as he and his *new* wife are listed in Lowestoft in 1901). I've also been given the name Fanny by another person researching the same tree. Do you think I'm jumping to conclusions or does this all sound plausable? I have found a death listing on Ancestry for Mary Waller now too. Saff:) Even more! I have now found a Mary Fanny Waller who died in 1892 in Mutford (Lowestoft) on the same date (march) aged 0. Do you think I'm right in thinking she died in childbirth? That would make sense wouldn't it?
