As you know when you download from Scotlands People you get several sets of information on the page. I have an awful lot of them – 1871/81/91 and 1901 census for the following areas – Bo’ness & Carriden, Linlithgow, West Lothian. St Rollox area, Glasgow. Canongate, Edinburgh. Births 1855 -1954 Marriages 1855 – 1929 Deaths 1855 – 1904 All mainly for Bo’ness, Carriden and Linlithgow. Canongate, St Giles and St George , Edinburgh St Rollox, Glasgow As I say I have a lot – over 220 of them – but if you have rellies in any of these areas send me the names and dates you are after and if I have them I can give you the info and send the download too if you wish.

Hi folks, I've hit a brick wall with my lot, my nan either doesn't remember anything or doesn't want to, haven't quite decided which yet!! Anyway she said her mum was Rose French born in Motherwell , dad Albert Thompson I found a marriage which I'm 99% sure is my two but cannot find anything before this. 24 JAN 1917 BOROURBEG?? KINLOCHLEVEN ARGYLLSHIRE. The two people are, ALBERT THOMPSON, 27, father jack thompson, labourer, mother maryann thompson (kelly) deceased AND ROSE FRENCH, 26, father jack french labourer (deceased), mother sarah french (johnson) deceased. My nan, lily thompson was born 9 mths after the wedding but said she has a brother frederick who is 2 yrs older, cant find him either!! nan said they moved to bolton when she was 6 mths old so they must have been born in scotland. I looked on census and for parents marriages, and for rose and alberts births, but cant figure out what other names jack was used for (john, jock?) and i've now run out of credits, ( I dont have credit card to get anymore) if any of you can help at all i would be very grateful, thanks for reading this, wend xx

Sylvia, not all that many berry's in the area - found them originally in Dalmeny/Abercorn area - which is very close to Bo'ness - that was c 1700. Helen Berry christened 4th Decenber 1802 - her mother was Jean MacNair and father John Berry - she was the only surviving child I can copy the info and mail it to you if you want. on the 1851 census there were Berry's working at the potterys
