Gloria, Have posted a message on another thread thats similar to your problem, I have found names on the name summary that are not members on this site, the only contact they have is that they have registered their names on the FR site. Just wonder if that is what has happened to you. !!! Regards Julie |

Hi All, Got a reply from GR saying that I had two registrations, both with the same e-mail and password but only one with a tree! Don't know how that happened but I must have done something, anyway cancelled the one without the tree. Have asked if I have paid twice. Gloria |
