I second that jess, sorry for not getting back sooner(daughter has high temp)thank you judith and everyone else for your hard work and imput,i am getting more education on here than i ever did at school....i will pass this on to a very weary friend who has searched for years....MOE!

judith,some good news baby jennie(jane) ends up back with dad when he remarries to ALICE BIRD in 1914 they all lived at 10 halton rd wallasey until 1918 and had a son james but after that my friends lost the trail, just thought i'd let you know....thanks again ...MOE!

Glad to have helped - beats trying to sort out hundreds of members of my Tweed family, all named James, William or Thomas. Good to hear that Jennie did get back with her dad. Hope the birth certificate confirms that Annie Rostance really was Jennie's mum.
