hi i am looking for harold william knight born 15/01/1901 so may not be on 1901 census. his father was samuel knight, mother elizabeth (rose?) he had a sister dorothy who i believe was 1yr old in 1901 and nora who i also believe to have been 2yr old in 1901 and another sister elsie (no clues to age) brothers leslie, george, ronald and frank. they come from essex but it is possible that billarickay essex is where some of them may have been born, also woodford essex SAMUEL KNIGHT AT SOME POINT LIVED AT 3 GROSVENOR CLOSE LOFTIN WAY CHELMSFORD? Hello Jane Sorry but have been unable to find a Nicholas Morgan(s) on the 1841 census with the right age - they are all in their 20s or over. A few Evan Morgan(s) but again none of them with a son of Nicholas - I dont suppose you know any of his brothers or sisters or indeed his father's occupation. As for the 1901 census I have been unable to find Nicholas or his wife Hannah, but I believe the below is Nicholas' death reference. Hello Lou Ok I think this is the death of Cornelius, it would make him born circa 1796 - but the age at death is only as good as the person registering it. Hi Sue I'm looking for Silas Durrant in Dorset in 1851 and 1841. His father was William Durrant, and Silas was born around 1830 in Whitchurch Canonicorum. I can't find him in 1851 on Ancestry - don't know why, as I found entries on familyhistoryonline for both of them, but no real details. Silas was a dairyman, and William a carpenter. Also bombed out on Isaac Squires in Devon - the nearest I could find was living in Leicestershire! However, below is Samuel Glover with head of household as James.
