I emailed and still have not had a reply thats unusual they usually answer straight away, really wanted that one its the one for the Jane Horricks boy remember Thomas Cunliffe

I ordered one on the 13th of Feb. they said they would send it out today 23rd, but I now know since I ordered it that it is a wrong one so I don't care when it comes , and don't think i will bother to look for this one again as i have neen looking for 4 years and i do not think it is there so how this person who died never got their death registered Margaret x

I know they said they were expericencing high demand for certificates at the moment .. they told me mine could take up to a MONTH before they are dispacted! :o|

Take it all back, mine came just after I'd written my reply on here and I've spent all day glued to the computer!! Two skeletons out of three certificates - not bad!! Jenny

Im getting fed up too, I was sure Id get the one due for despatch 15th by today. Ive just mailed them. If you mail - put the letters GQ in the heading otherwise you just get an automated response.

YIPPPPEEEEEEE It has arrived This is the one due for dispatch on the 17th, looks like I am spending another day in from of the computer, next one not due till 3rd march. I am happy now Sue

I've been watching this thread every day now for a week - mine were due to be dispatched on 17th as well. Beginning to get worried after that last post. Perhaps they have 'lost' a batch?!! Jenny

It must be a very ' hit & miss ' arrangement. Ordered 3 on wednesday of last week -15th - and they arrived yesterday 22nd.

Had a mail this morning£4 refund - but it doesnt say for which of the 5 certs on order. And still no sign of any of them.

Same as Heather, mine should have been 16th Feb, still waiting Linda

Still waiting for mine, 6 days now, said dispatch 17th, had no e-mail from them, so still hopeful. Keep getting a different postman everyday, so they must think at the sorting office I am nuts. Sue

Mmmm, I'm getting fed up now,too. I ordered 7 on the 8th Feb, despatch date 16th Feb. Received 2 on Sat 18th - 2 today (21st) Still 3 outstanding, and they're the ones I really need! Grrrr Debbie

Still nothing 5 days late now. I was thinking the same Val, say its the wrong one and thats why there is a delay.

my Postman thinks I am mad anyway ,He is lovely though.When I get a cert he doesnt try and squash it in my letterbox he rings the bell, not like some do, another day still no cert, I only hope I dont suddenly get an email from them saying its the wrong one and you have a refund that would be terrible .

Just ordered it says 3rd march aswell, may arrive by the 10th, heres me keeping my fingers crossed, and i get a dishy postman. Sue
