I ordered a marriage certificate this afternoon and it clearly stated 15 working days. My printout of the order states the estimated date of despatch is 13 April - which is more than 15 days. Maureen

I worked out that it would be dispatched on the 13 April could could I didn't re order my grandparents wedding certificate because it is there 75 wedding Anniversary that day!!!

Hi I ordered my over the phone a couple of hours ago and I was told my dispatch date was the 3rd April , but we will see. The man on the phone did tell me though, that if you order them on the web it is going to take longer because there is a problem with that site. He didnt say when the problem would be sorted. Jayne

ordered mine on 7th March , the despatch date was either 14th or 18th, can not quite remember exact but not arrived yet. My previous order to that one only took one week.

Thats good news for everyone.When i ordered mine, dispatch date 3 weeks later.They arrived this mornig 4 weeks.I week later than the date given.Worth waiting for though. Annie

Am glad i ahven't ordered any certs lately!!! However i did post a letter to QUeensland at teh begining of themth.. cert arrived today.. so looks like it's quicker than the english ones!!!

Hi Glam Rock Chick, 15 working days from 23rd March is the 13th April!! 15 working days is actually 3 weeks - ie 5 working days to a working week. Paul
