Who me??? Or did you mean Fuzzy, Rod?? My gg-grandfather was born in Weymouth! and back on the male line from there to 1730's. I don't think Fuzzy's family were from the area.....just passing through! So, she has James Perkins marries Margaret X any time, any place anywhere, but hopefully before 1813! James is in the army and Margaret produces George and has him baptised at Melc Regis in 1813. Then James and Margaret vanish and George turns up in Southwark in 1851......a cordwainer. LOL Fuzzy.....tell them to go out for the weekend! Merry

Merry LOL, Kids think they should be on computer when they home as I hog it all day......haven't really got a leg to stand on as it is perfrectly true.....nothing much gets done these days apart from tree building...or lack of building these days!! Have been up since eight trying to find James Perkins born about 1773 in Northampton and no luck, think he most probably had died before the 1851, that will be my next task I think but without knowing where he was when he died I think I am looking for a needle in a haystack, or for unusual names!! Could you tell me how to go about getting James' discharge papers please..Update, just found how to operate site you gave me and found the info, I have ordered a copy of his papers. Hope it gives me more info about him. Did earn several brownie points last night for actually cooking tea and not ordering from the take out menu you kindly sent me Merry!!! Fuzzy x
