Fed up again Certs still not arrived despatch date

I know what you mean about receiving the wrong one. I ordered Vol 62 and they sent me vol 69 I thought they were doing me a favour thinking they had checked the entry and found mine to be wrong. But it turned out there were three entries for the same person, same quarter and same place. but they never checked the entries at least they admitted there mistake. I am tottally frustrated as they told me they were not going to charge me again for a search but checked my account this morning and guess what they have charged me £3.00. Roll on the their web site things might get better than, Do you think they realise how frustrating it is for us!!!!!!!! Gwen |

Gwen I have rung them a couple of times a while ago and did not think they were very helpful at all.I am so excited about these can hardly sleep.And whats really annoying is when you wait ages and find you ordered the wrong one, and have another long wait. |

I know what you mean I think they need to get the hat together. I posted a mourn about them last week too long a story to tell again. But its still going on and I have had so many emails from them I am tottallyyyyyyyyyyyy confused to what is going on. So I telephoned them yesterday and had to laugh because the begining message you hear it said they are catching up and basically are sending out certificates in there usual time allowed. I really got no where by phoning but only to be apologised to again and sorry for their error etc etc and to wait until I hear from them. The lady I spoke with said it was not good enough and because of one mistake they made it has engolfed to two three four mistakes. So I have to just wait until I receive there reply If I ever do Gwen |

I am really get fed up with the GRO when I ordered these it said despatch date 21st and any already ordered were catching up well I dont see why I got one yesterday one today and probably one tomorrow and who knows when the others will arrive why cant they send say all Births in one Envelope all Deaths in another and all Marriages in another, instead of one to an Envelope. My Husband is starting to think I have to pay for them as they come randomly ,but if they all came in one Envelope I would have a better chance of hiding them. |
