As per 1901 census.............. Earle St Y Liverpool St Pauls & Entire Exchange Liverpool Bootle Liverpool Exchange So it looks as though it did exist............ Reg

These are the plumbers on 1901, who are old enough to be Wm's father, and don't have a 'wrong' second initial William Collins 52 Surrey Woking Surrey Woking Plumber William Collins 53 Kent N K Sth Manchester Plumber William Collins 60 Headington Oxon Oxfordshire Headington Lead Plumber As the chap who married was a Mariner, he could have been in Liverpool purely as a result of that.........no knowing where he might have been born.
