As per 1901 census.............. Earle St Y Liverpool St Pauls & Entire Exchange Liverpool Bootle Liverpool Exchange So it looks as though it did exist............ Reg |

These are the plumbers on 1901, who are old enough to be Wm's father, and don't have a 'wrong' second initial William Collins 52 Surrey Woking Surrey Woking Plumber William Collins 53 Kent N K Sth Manchester Plumber William Collins 60 Headington Oxon Oxfordshire Headington Lead Plumber As the chap who married was a Mariner, he could have been in Liverpool purely as a result of that.........no knowing where he might have been born.
