Well, I have had a look.

Horace - probate 1955
Alice - 2 x probates 1956 & 1959.
The first has handwritten change to forename. Annie to Alice. Also handwritten reference to the second probate.
The second includes a reference to the first as part of the printed entry.

Seems there were two further Grants for Horace.
1957 and 1960

does it say how much money they left and to who

Probate records state who a Grant was given to (the Executors or Administrators)
They do not list out beneficiaries and what each (if more than one) was due to receive. For that you would need to obtain details of the Wills.

can someone please find henry on the 1891 and maybe on the 191 census thank you very much

If this is the right William H(entry) and Alice, then no sign of Henry 1870 with them
