Confusion reigns . Can anyone help please

I cant find James actual date of birth - do I simply accept 1806 as correct?

I cant find his marriage details so I'm presuming 1826 but cant get Jemimah's maiden name. Since I cant get her maiden name I cant get her actual dob/year born.

I'm close to finalizing all I need for this part of the tree so any help will be most appreciated.
