Thanks everyone, that was fast! I have a Henry Daniel Tuttiett in my tree born 1921, however he only appears in 1881 and 1891 census as far as I can see. I need to confirm if the convict Henry is in my direct tree or a distant relative.

Hi,

Yes that is the right family, have got back to a Henry D Tuttiett b 1821. Unfortunately my mother in law doesn't know much about them so a it is tricky to decie which of the many Tuttietts in the area are hers. I think what I hve so far is right. Just stumbled across the convict record for a Henry Tuttiett but not yet certain of much else.
