Experimenting, I have just tried sending the image through the site to you. When the message arrives, click on get attachments, I think, and it should be there.
Let me know if it does / does not work.

You're welcome, I thought it was a good way to use the 30 credits (as genes reunited had suggested to me ;-)) :-)

The response that I received:

"we cannot email you the image as we are also seeing the error, we see the same records that you do.

I have passed the details of this specific issue to our technical team to look at and investigate."

I have just sent this to [email protected]:

I decided to use the 30 credits that genes reunited gave me, as suggested to help someone else, to view an image in the 1911 census for Isabella McDonald born 1898 living in Liverpool, but the following error message appeared. Please would you send the image to me by email. Thank you.

Error
Sorry. The image is unavailable

I have been checking GR as well. What I have noticed that some of the images of the1911 records are now opened other images have disappeared - some images have error messages but some have come back now open so they must be making the changes gradually.

On Anc - not seen any changes but something is going on because the site keep stopping(error messages) :-D

It has been released, Suzanne. It was on the original 1911 census site this morning, then later in find my past - in both of which I have seen images previously so can see them again. I don't know if the column is visible yet in genes reunited nor in genealogist as I do not use these two sites for historical records.
