You are welcome Anne, but I have nothing on him. I have Esther Baxendale born 1864 who married Thomas Weaver in Leyland in 1889. I have sort of guessed that Henry is her father, from census records. I could be totally wrong, but as she isn't my direct ancestor I haven't bought her marriage cert to prove it. |

Anne..... IF the james I found in 1851 as a widower is the right one it would suggest that the 1850 date could be correct as there is a child as young as 4years old. this would suggest that death would be between 1847 & 1850/1 |

I am also a member of Ancestry and one of their members said that she had her has having died in 1850, so i don`t know which is the right date. |

Have you found them on any census? That would give us where they were born.Or do you have a rough idea of birth dates? |
