Is this the family in 1861? I don't see a marriage to William:

Is there any chance that either Joseph or Hannah were living near to John Haines on the 1841 census,
honestly, these don't want to be found!!!
Even their son Jacob's marriage was a nightmare ( he was under the name Baugh and his wife Jane Hammonds was down as Hemmings!)
These poor people obviously had a hard life, Joseph died 1855/56 and Jacob was down the mines at 11 yrs old.
I think that the Hannah handley that K found on the 1841 census as a servant is probably my Hannah.

There is this one, but it would rule out susannah being her sister

John Haines 1845 West Bromwich Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire

Susanna Martin 1845 West Bromwich Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire

Unfortunately Freebmd does not have a possible marriage of a John Haines to a Susanna in the right area or timescale (which if daughter Harriet is 9 in 1851 should have been circa 1840)

Another thought...

Who are the witnesses at her marriage? Could they be relatives?

If one is female with a different surname she could be a married sister.

If a witness turns out to be a relative it may help locate her in 1841.

As Linda said it will be difficult to find her without a father. There are several Hannah's in Tipton in 1841 with surnames similar to Henley. I searched on Hannah's of the approx age living in Tipton. There is one with granparents(Hasley) and one working as a servant (Handley) but without a father to tie them in it is guesswork
