He is not showing on the Commonwealth War Dead web site but if he died in the war his death registration should be on find my past in the military section,

I cannot find a pension record for him, IF you cannot find a death on findmypast then it would meen going through the index quarter by quarter on ancestry as he was born 1893 this would take a long time, i would try and see if he married? and go from their

The way to find a WW1 death (or WW2 come to that) is to search at:

the nearest Emma Atkinson marriage in Halifax i can find is this one and she didn't get married to a Foster

I need to back it up but i believe he married Emma Atkinson in jan feb mar 1915 in halifax, the moved to dewsbury

The address he was living at the time was the 16,Wesley Street,Belle Vue,Wakefield.The image of this record is damaged but looks like he was an Engineering Draughtsman.Aged 23 at the time.

There are Army Service Records coming up on Ancestry for two Arthur Stanley Fosters. If you don't have an Ancestry subscription, perhaps somebody who does could look them up for you.
