I now feel bad about my laugh, Betty was clearly struggling, and I hope Sue has managed to resolve her problem.

I wouldn't have a clue either, Betty.

Sorry but I keep chuckling at Sue's advice to put disc in mouse, I haven't laughed in ages, please forgive me, mum recently diagnosed with alzheimers disease, I have spend a year being miserable and this has just tickled me, and I needed a tickle!

Seriously, I do hope someone has managed to help Betty, I have been through the same frustration as Betty, being totally non-techy. Betty, do forgive me for my laugh, not intended to be at your expense. I am quite honest when I say it is the first time I have laughed in over a year. It has done me a world of good.

But now to sort your problem. Hope you have found a way to do it, but if not, get back and someone will sort you out.

Love

Margaret

Hi Betty

What Sue meant was, put disc in, move your mouse to Run and select D:drive for the set-up (don't fiddle around with anything different if you don't know what you are doing - like me!). That should load the software for you.

I am not expert, just a fool trying to advise.

Betty

It's run you need.

Put the disc in mouse up to run and select D drive (probably). then Browse and you will find setup click on that and the programme will then ask you where you want to install it and carry on as usual.

Hi Ericthered,

All I have on the bottom left hand side of my screen in a Windows Microsoft Icon you know red/green/blue/yellow when I click on that all I get is the info I posted before. Programs, documents, settings, Search, help and Support and run. Sorry I should have also said I don't have my computer on there or START option either.

Hi Margaret,

Yes I should really stop the first 10 year old I see passing and ask them, they would have a better Idea than me anyway.

Gee Betty, what you need is a teenager. When you have found one, please send it round to me! I can give you my address. I am just so slow at picking up all these things.

You will get there bit by bit. Don't feel daft about asking, keep asking.
