Still can't find 'EDIT' - and no 'COPY' in drop down box!

What am I doing wrong???

Or... as above and once highlighted, right click your mouse and a little menu appears... scroll down and click on 'copy'
Then left click on where you want to paste the text, then right click and select paste... hey presto :)

Move the cursor to the start of where you want to copy, it should look like a capital I; hold down the left mouse button and move the cursor down to the end; this should highlight what you want to copy; click on Edit (at the top left of screen) click on Copy; go to where you want to paste, click on Edit and Paste.

I love helping people on TTF board -
but could someone please tell me how to copy & paste (in idiot terms, please)!
When I find a census record it takes ages to type it all in and then someone else has already done it!
