Not necessarily. You really do need to get his marriage certificate or find him on a census to make sure that these are the correct parents - there was another William Eastman baptised at the same place a year earlier so you need to be absolutely sure. |

Hi Sam I think James and Ann are his parents will I have to go to London for info on them not too good at this yet. |

Hi can anybody help me please I am looking for the parents of My grt grt grandparents William Eastman born 1820 Battersea who married Mary Ann Evans in Shoreditch 1846 Mary died Islington 1861 they had 4 children Wiliam Jane James and David. I would be very grateful for any help with this. J.E.T. |
