	There is an address in York to apply to. If you go to Genes Homepage there is a section with information about wills if you scroll down a bit - on the right hand side of the screen. Kath. x

Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 642 Send Message	You will find this informative. http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/civil/probate/index.htm It is worth remembering that if the esatate was very small, the will may not have gone to probate. Jennifer
