It is worth remembering that if the esatate was very small, the will may not have gone to probate.

There is an address in York to apply to. If you go to Genes Homepage there is a section with information about wills if you scroll down a bit - on the right hand side of the screen.

If someone died in the last 10/15 years leaving a will can i apply for a copy anywhere please, if so how/where do i apply for the will?
