i have from the cenus in 1881 sarah was 21 and her brother was 19...are these cenus precise or a few ramd om years out..and on an off chance does anyone know about the east kent regiment in 1924... my grandfather has on his cert the buffs .. ibelieve this was a nick name for the reg...

Hi Wendy,

The ages on census are not always precise.

Regarding the East Kent Regiment, I just put it into Google and it came up with the name The Buffs.

If you don't have Sarah's marriage cert you might want to purchase it. It will list her age and father.
