James, if the coroner's report has survived - and I hope it has - it should indeed have the address of the deceased. |

Lesley, sorry I've been off-line while I went out for dinner. I know how he died(he fell off some scaffolding) what I am after is his address at date of death. I am hoping this is on the report.,as it is not on the death cert. I have what I presume is him in the 1901 census and want to confirm it by the address. |

Thanks Linda, Just found out that Liverpool has a web site, have to find out how to use it now. I will take some time away from my sister to visit the records office which I believe is in the main reference library. |

Very few coroners reports survive, but as they were of interest, they were always reported in the local paper. |
