Hi all, I had this up on the three boards last December. I don't know how it turned up again, (I actually thought I had taken all of these off the boards). When I saw it had come back and others had added I thought it would be unfair to take it off here. I will be in contact with GR again about this. This is a terrific idea, I have listed afew I have from Scotland people, under the thread Scottish People , There is always more than one when you download them from the site. As it can get quite expensive I wanted to try and pass the information on, but it is probably missed by most people. Would be helpfull if could be searched under surname. I did manage to find a home for one of the entries. |

Hi Pat, I think this would be an excellent idea. I have recently ordered certs from Scotlandspeople site which I am waiting to arrive, but have already realised they are not proper to my family having done additional research whilst waiting. I have also previously posted a message on records regarding one birth cert that I have which is not the right one for one of my rellies. Regards Jackie |

I have one cert but also a couple photocopies of baptisms and marriages from micro fische(?) from my family history library. Not just my people but various others entered the register around same time. Must be searchable though, Great idea, Selena |

I think this is a great idea. There are so many threads about images and unwanted certificates. It would be great to be able to search for them. I also have medal cards from documentsonline with details of others who are not in my family. Do you think these could be included too? Lucia :-) |
