Hi Laura, I am looking for Ambrogio de Grussa in 1901 census. He was born around 1830 in Swizterland. His name was Giovani Ambrogio. He died in Southwark, London in 1906 when he was 76 years old. In 1901, he was a widower. Sometimes de Grussa would be wrong spelling, also his name. Could you please look up in 1901 for me? Reagrds, Steven from Melbourne, Australia.

Hi Laura, RE; 1871 Census Lambeth, Surrey Thanks for the generous offer - am seeking a BRIGGS family in Lambeth/St Mary Newington area SRY Frederick BRIGGS Solicitors Clerk Fanny (wife) Fanny (dau) 19 Susan (dau) 15 Annie Collins BRIGGS (dau) 12 un-named dau 10 On 1861 Census family was living at 3 Phelp St, Walworth SRY Fred`s age was given as 39 and wife Fanny as 30. Have been unable to find them on 1881 Census, altho` have found a Fred aged 48 (a Clerk) and a Fanny aged 51, living at 238 Hill St Newington SRY - not sure if it`s 'them' or not. HELLO LESLEY, THERE ARE 4 CHARLES MADDAMS IN 1871 ONLY 1 IS AN ADULT BUT HIS DETAILS DONT MATCH. THERE ARE NO MARTHA MADDAMS AT ALL IN 1871. I HAVE THEM IN 1881 IF THATS ANY GOOD. MY CENSUS DONT GO ANY FURTHER BACK THAN 1871.
