Hello Sarah, Have just found one of mine on a census born in Dinton Wiltshire. Does this sound right to you? Elizabeth Garrett nee Jess born 1802-3. Could you have a look please. Best wishes Jenny

REPLY Jenny -re Dinton. Yes, Dinton is in Wilts, but I don't have any records for it, nor for any parishes within a three mile radius. So Sorry. (see list at start of page 1) Sarah

Sarah, My 3 G.Grandfather was George Ridout who lived and died in Little Cheverell.He is as far back as I seem to be able to go at pres as the 1841 census shows him as not a Wilts man. I have his will, death cert and all his dates including a birth of about 1776. Having spotted your fische details today I live in hope that you may be able to help and that there may be a record somewhere. Let me know anyway, thanks,
