Maybe they were his Grandparents siblings. I know Jane Garbett had siblings the same as his GD Jones. Or, perhaps someone found them in one household, so he think they're his, and is trying to get confirmation? He did that before when I was looking for the Jones'. Which family are they connected to? lol

Sorry ... I was watching through the crack in the door last night. I couldn't move cos the door would have creeked and then he would have known I was still around. Where do Leonard, Arthur, May Ivy etc etc come from ? anyone know ? or were they born after 1901 and he knows about them but we don't. ? Wonder if he has Grandparents around ?? ... who are feeding him bits and peices. I did look on Ancestry last night, but can't find ANY of them names in a household together. I'm still not here ...! Elaine :-)

Alter said something alone the lines of ''would you like us to come and plump your pillows too'' I asked him to remove it (by PM) and he did . I suggest we answer replies like that from richard with a simple ; ''NO YOU DO IT YOURSELF''. Short and to the point. if anyone else pops up and chips in the info, let them , otherwise just ignore Jess x

Elaine No definitely not stupid. I explained to Richard a few days ago about how to order certs from westmidlands bmd. There is an order form with names and places already printed on, all you have to do is fill in your own name and address and send cheque or postal order and SAE. But he has no printer!!!! Heather

Hi Heather/Jess, Heather, I really don't know what to say. He is NOT stupid, that I do know !! He's quite an intelligent guy when all is taken into consideration. I think he just can't be arsed, and is so OBSESSED with doing his FT that he wants the info TODAY and can not wait. Jess, I wonder sometimes if he DOES know about this thread ... if he doesn't then he is MORE INTELLIGENT than we give him credit for, because if he is using 'notes' then he is doing a damn good job ... better than I could ever hope to do. Maybe change the thread title to something else and throw him off a little ?? What comment did Alto Ego put on the thread please ? Elaine :-0

Re; Richard ordering certificates. Richard says he has a printer but it isn't working at the moment and as he seems unable to order certs online I'm not sure what advice to give him. Heather

THANK YOU x I have Richard messaging me again ... but he still has NOT updated his tree. I have a feeling that he doesn't intend doing so ... as he keeps telling me that he is writing information down .... he is sending for some certificates - so I have told him to contact me again when he has received them. Elaine :-) I am on General Board at the moment ...waiting anxiously for Wendy to get in touch. She didn't turn up for a 'meet' in Yorks this dinner time and we are all worried about her. Sorry if I don't reply straight away - I am hopping between the boards, the messages, e.mails and family at mo !!
