Finally, possibly...Ancestry probate has

Phillips, Gwilym Gerald of Phillips Stores, 16 Riviere Towans, Hayle died 25th Dec 1983.

So I think 16 Riviere Towans is as close as you're going to get to Tiranogue.

EDIT but this says it was built in 1973...

I think that posting on that 'Nostalgic Hayle' Facebook page that AG suggested is the way forward.

It looks like the original Tiranogue has probably gone, but someone might remember the Phillips Stores and when they were built or rebuilt, and if they were known as Tiranogue.

But certainly it looks to have started out as a holiday cottage/chalet/bungalow etc

Hayle Heritage Centre also has a Facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/hayleheritagecentre/

Also Hayle Old Cornwall society:

However, I expect the same local people look at all of them, so it won't matter which one you post on.

Re what Kay posted, image reads:

Holiday Accomodation 1 minute sandy beach, modern conveniences: terms from 6 guineas. - Pilcher, Tiranoque, Towans, Hayle, Cornwall.

Ties in with Mrs Angela May Pilcher reported on the drink driving charge in 1949 as living there then, and at least one Pilcher was there in 1957.
