	Gary, The 1911 census is free to search so you can search that yourself. That way you will see that there are no entries in Greater London for Rose May Johnson born 1900 +/- 1 year. If you search births on Freebmd from March 1900 until March 1901(that way you will include births in late december 1900) then you will see that there are no births registered for Rose May Johnson - so she is unlikely to appear on the 1901 census.
