There is a groom missing from this page, can anyone find him just in case its Mr Younger

on the 1891 census it says, I think that Ellen was a wash woman. And on the 1901 census Ellen (ellen and Mr younger's daughter) had fits from birth

I have been looking at the census's again and if the Ellen Younger in the 1891 census and the Ellen in the 1901 census are the same person, then the ages are out. In 1891 Ellen was 29, and ten years later she was 45. that is somewhat strange, a difference of six years. what do you think?

I realise earlier I said Ellen's children were 15 and 14. In fact they are 15, and 11.

Here are the births for her older children. Getting one of these certificate might help find Ellen first husband.

Sorry Selina, you must have thought I had left the country. I'm not great a computers, as you can now tell.

It seems as though she was a visitor, but having looked closer at it the ages are out.

Thank you Selina for the birth dates of the 2 older children. That's a great help.

Sandra, if you decide to get one of the Younger children's birth certificates, please let us know the outcome of the parents. I'm very curious because I'm stumped on both marriages for Ellen.

I will send off for the birth certificates now. so I should have them next week. I thought I was going mad not being able to find them, but I have tried all I can think of, and still come up with nothing on the marriage. I can't say i'm having much luck with my grandfathers family at all, even his brothers and sisters are proving difficult to find. Oh well I shall keep trying.

Hello,

I have finally got the certificates that I sent off for, but sadly it seems to be for the wrong Younger children. Their parents are William Younger, and Sarah Ann Younger, formerly Bray. Not Ellen Younger formerly Edmonds as I was hoping. Not really sure where to go from here, as no trace of either of her marriages or those of her children have been found.

Henry and Ellen, but no Ellen (mum). In London, but not Peckham. No mention of any other siblings. Now that I've written it doen, doesn't seem likely.
There's too big an age gap between Henry and Ellen.
