on putting in my wifes mums maiden name, within an hour we were in touch with one of my wifes second cousins , whilst also having found a relation of her mums cousin who she has not seen since she was 15 years old. she is now 72 years old and was really thrilled when we let her know of our findings. also i would like to thank any and all genes re-united members who have helped me in finding out my ancesters to date ,its an ongoing story which has been made so much easier by genes re-united. thanks again to all ,especially miss piggy.ps found a person with same surname as myself but with a first name of 'cinderella' which i found quite amusing amongst the records of births,deaths and marraiges.has anyone else found anything similar? |
