Not really a good day out today lol.
It was over 100 degrees to start off with which didn't make me very happy.
Hubby is doing a Sleep Apnia test tonight. He is doing it at home so he had to be fitted with all the Parafinalia this afternoon.
He looked like a Robot when he came out. Anyway he's sitting in the chair checking all the equipment every few minutes lol. He's like a kid with a new toy.
It was pretty hard because he has to keep it cool as the sticky stuff melts lol.. In the car was Ok I have airconditioning. But walking to the car it was so hot and they kept coming off lol. I have taped them on for him now so all should be Ok. He will have to keep a fan on himself all night though. Probably need it tonight anyway there isn't much breeze.
Then to top it all off we came home in the Peak hour traffic which took twice as long. Didn't get home until 6.30pm so I did something I never do I bought Fish and Chips for Dinner lol
Got to take him into the City again in the morning to have it all taken off
So thats my day today lol Didn't enjoy it much
But Im home now, had my shower and got my glass of wine so all's good.

Ooh what a day for you!
Got the plumbers in as I type, leak on the boiler or something, well water collecting in the cabinet that the boiler is housed.
Put one up if you like , be back soon,
They are excellent workers, from Tredegar. Remember that one , your hubby may .lol They fitted the boiler last yr and new rads, they are wonderful. Call them in the evening and they are here the next morning.
They won't be around for long. Speak to you soon.

lol I must tell you, when I type your name I often press the K key instead of the J key, so if I do it quickly one day for a quick response please forgive if your name comes up beginning with a K ,rofl ,and I don't have time to edit it before you see it...lol.
Yes , it was Tredegar that I meant in my post, to travel from Neath in the early 60's via Monmouth you must have travelled thro Tredegar! What a joy for you ,,,not !
Didn't realise your hubby had sleep probs, must be a biggy for him to monitored as such. Hope the results can give some insight to the prob and sort out a cure. Nothing as miserable as sleeplessness for what ever reason. Indulge yourself with your glass of vino, you've had a tough day, hope tomorrow will be better when you have to go into the city.

He has always been a snorer but lately he is like an Octopus in his sleep arms and legs everywhere. He actullay stops breathing sometimes which is a worry. Just lately he has been feeling very tired even at 9am in the morning so when we went to Doctor recently he asked about his sleeping habits when I told him he said he thought it a good idea to have the Sleep Apnia done. Once results are in the he may have to get a machine to get a good nights rest. He is 71 and has had a few recent Medical probs Heart and Aneurism last year. So better to be safe than sorry.
He's just gone to bed Wired for Sound lol

No sign of Dormouse, Sean and Liz today.
Oh and I dont mind if you miss or add a letter off my name you can call me what you like rofl

lol Jackie, you wouldn't like your name beginning with a K, although there is no K in the Welsh alphabet , think how it would sound. ( If you remember the welsh for p*o )
