Is the little b.. by, or before or something else ??

We're stuck, clue please,...pretty please !
(bet she's gone shopping..lol)

Edit .. thanks for asking , my back's improving with painkillers and moving around carefully, no point in lying still, just stiffens it up; may do a gentle walk around the block whilst the sun is still out. Have used the spray 'Deep Heat ' in the past, but it stinks the house out !

Sandie
My hubby buys the heat patches. They come in different sizes.
One of my nieces employers was nearly crippled the other day I went and got one from the Chemist for her and wihin an hour she could move about.
They are just like a large Elastoplast and they heat up once you put them on and it helps a lot.
You could try those and they don't have that awful smell either

edit I think you keep them on for up to 8 hours

Thank's Jackie ,haven't seen those Elastoplast type remedies around, will look out for them. Dad suffered with arthritis and back /neck pain so I bought him a re usable Microwavable heat pad (smelled of lavender ), he found it gave him relief..... but I can't find it , so have resorted to theold faithful hot water bottle ! Seems to be working slowly.

Luv the 12 dog's Panting......... rofl (if I could )
