Today I went to the doctors to help someone I love very much who is depressed, quite severely.This has been affecting my health and the whole family. I wont give up but it is hard and painful.The support of you all on here is incredible. I was going to stay away for a little while but I miss you all, you feel like family to me and I want to post to help people, show support, maybe give advice and have a laugh, which is something I need !! Thankyou , from the bottom of my heart my dear friends. Can anyone who has helped someone with depression, please PM me. I suffer at times too, so I do understand. Love to all, Caz xxxxxxxxxxxxx
