	we had a little yogo class on the stage......and I realy tried to do a cart wheel put both me hands down and one foot ...couldnt belive it when Joy did that hand stand with such a low top on and all....pmsl...

	i know my reggie girls.she can be sooooooo naughty.BUT....you,ll never find a more genuine loyal mate.[last time i had to go specialist,and i was scared,she wanted to travel all the way from boro to loughborough to come with me,so i would,nt be alone........now thats one hell of a friend.]xx
