The weather has been really horrible here, hail, rain, wind and it is freezing....brrr

Afternoon all,

Well my big girl is home from Ireland until Wednesday. Her main reason for coming home is the funeral for my Uncle which takes place on Monday. No church service, he was a catholic by name only - because his family were Catholics but never ever attended. The family have asked my Dad to take a service in the Crem instead - Dad is the equivalent of a minister in the Kingdom Hall - Jehovah's Witnesses with firm beliefs and an indepth knowledge of my Uncle and obviously his family. It should be a very moving but sincere and heartfelt service.

Lovely to have the weekend with both girls - they've gone off to town shopping together, hopefully they get there without falling out! Very close but typical sisters.

Nice to have your daughters together Lyn, and your Dad must feel honoured to be asked to conduct the service for your uncle, i'm sure he will do uncle proud.

I love it when my two get together, they pull each other to pieces - a laugh a minute............

My son is seeing a new young lady and my daughter has been asked out by some chap, i asked her if she was going, she said she has'nt told him yet !!.......and he awaits her reply !!!.....he must be keen.......Lol

Just washed and polished the car and now it looks like rain - never mind. EDIT......the Heavens have just opened.........Grr

been a nice day here today , so ive been in the garden all day , its looking much better .
was a bit heavy , as still very waterlogged .
couldnt cut grass far to wet . hope it stays like this for a while so it dries out .
