Mum used to keep chickens when we were kids...evil things they were that pecked your toes when you went to collect the eggs. I was overjoyed the day they were croaked and was first in line to pluck all of their mangey feathers off! lol

Geese are the worst
when my girls were little we went to a farm that was open to the public,
nasy things started chasing us, and me being me ran around flapping my arms like crazy, scared to death, lol
fell over a log, and had these 3 geese pecking me all over,
I was screaming my head off, the kids thought i was going to die, so they were screaming too pmsl
then one of them knicked my pack of fags out my back pocket, and bloody ran off with them
broken bits of fag everywhere,
I wasnt bothered about the peck marks, just wanted me fags , crappy animals

We had an Aylesbury duck, she lived in the shed, but cos we had her from a day old, she lived in the house for about 4 weeks, then when the nasty fox attacked her, we had her living in the hall 'til she got better, visitors were a little astounded when they rang the door, but what a lovely suprise she was for them:))

Abigal where you been you been hiding, you have brought a lot of smiles to a lot of faces, keep telling us about your rogering dogs for ever more LOL

I am starting a list now, it'll be for those who bring a smile to my face, you are on top, and it is very needed today, thanks:)

We used to have a duck too Lynda when we were kids. We got it as a duckling and named it Miss Ellie after the woman on Dallas...lol...but had to change it to Elton Duck when we realised out mistake! Well, do you know how to sex a duck???

It didn't like being outside and used to knock on the back door to come in. Anyway, we had to get rid of it cos it kept rogering Mum's yorkshire terrier! lol. It used to jump on her back and grab the scruff of her neck in its beak! lol

Well we knew our duck was a girl cos she laid us an egg every morning:))

I wonder why I have never had animals that roger each other?

We did have friends who's male dog fancied there other man dog though, maybe they rogered out of my sight though, I was only young when this happened.

Abigail, your place sound like home from home, thinking of sending our hens and ducks for a holiday with you, sure they would love it :))))
Would you take our two goats for a few days ? we spend our life trying to get them back into their part of the orchard as we think they have taken a liking to our rams, now that would result in something interesting :))))
