I've recently connected my family to the Mascow/Maskew family of Aughton and Lathom in Lancashire - as Tina says with the Mules on page 4, I have a similar problem. If I put it into a search engine, I get "Did you mean Moscow?"!

Sorry Dorothy I have no idea. This is Winnies married name . The family lived on Cannon St in Middlesbrough and Winnie ran her business from her house. Middlesbroughs first" take away "you could say.

I have a book with a photo of her and her husband standing in her doorway and a photo of Winnie during WW1 working in munitions in Aycliffe ( County Durham)
Middlesbrough had people from all over who went there for work when the iron and steel industry was started
I checked for any Affleck marriages on Teesvalleyindexes. There is Watson Affleck married Winifred Taylor in 1928 . Dont know if this is them. Found a birth for Watson 1902 Middlesbrough
