Actually, I've just remembere there are two rude Whitney ones : There's the immortal line from I Will Always Love You, which goes something like 'and I wish you joy and a pen!$' (happiness); but the one I was originally thinking of was, to the tune of 'Saving all my Love' : 'cause I'm shaving off my mu* (rhymes with fluff) yes, I'm shaving off my mu* I'm shaving off my mu* for yooouuu'. (hope no-ones offended by that ;-) Simon

Not songs but artists. My hubby once thought I said 'The bird has flapped and gone away' when I said that a song was by Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway. His hearing hasn't improved ! Jacky :-)

We waltz to the tune Annabelle, its surprising how many call it the Underlay song, cause it sounds like that is the word used.

Going back a few years, I always thought Donovan sang 'feed that chick a banana' in Mellow Yellow, still don't know the real lyrics.

I always thought that in Chain Reaction Diana Ross was signing 'Tell Eddie Wareing there ain't no salvation' was quite disappointed to find out it was actually 'to anywhere and there ain't no salvation' That song was No. 1 when my eldest son was born (March 1986). Carolyn
