For the past 4 days myself, John, Jack,Dean, Ellie and Olivia (or LuLu has she's better known)have been stopping with Rob while Gaynors been in the hospice. She made such a great improvement over the first 24 hours in there, they allowed her, what you could call day release from the place, so for the past 2 days she has been at home during the day, and gone back there on a night.(She now classes the place has her bedroom.)Being at home has relieved lots of stress for her, but she is also glad to go back on a night, so the wonderful nurses can asess her, and make sure that the medication she has had altered is working ok for her. she seems to have adjusted to the new doses of medication now and is managing to sleep better, which is great news for her and everyone around her, because she is now functioning better and is more of her normal wonderful self. She is still having moments that i can only describe as weakness and confusion, but that is only to be expected. Hopefully sometime over the next week she should be returning home permanently, so fingers crossed. We would also like to say thankyou to you all for your support and kind words at this very difficult time for us, it means the world to us, knowing how much so many people care. Finally a special thankyou from all the family to Pink, Lou, Cliff, Strump, Dave, Susie and Terry for making the time to come and see Gaynor at this difficult time for us all, you are all wonderful friends to Gaynor and Rob and your support has been greatly apprciated by us all. We just hope your not all now addicted to Price-drop tv.

Hiya Clare, thanks for the update. Gaynor and her family are permanently on my mind. If I didn't have a full time job plus 3 teenage kids at home, one a 16 yr old 'lodger' , I would be there like a shot. I've managed to avoid Bid Up/ Price Drop but only after great resistance. Please give Cardiff Annie's best hugs to Gaynor and to Rob and the rest of you., Love A
