Well we cant literally see what physical harm was done but we can assume the amount of emotional hurt.

Hi Jude - The mother's name is actually Janet and the media have made a bit of a fuss about her marrying a guy called Jackson. I know the husband can't help his surname but it is ironic. xxx From a news report : Janet Arvizo married Army Reserves Major Jay Jackson in Las Vegas

Having worked with sex offenders and victims, including vulnerable people, with learning difficulties, i have to say in my opinion he is guilty of these offences, he is in his own little bubble and doesn't believe that the way he shows affection is wrong. sandra

I hope that he is found guilty by the jury and locked up for a very long time. He is a danger to children and should not be allowed to get away with it again! How many others has he abused and they have been to scared to come forward? If he is so innocent in all this then why did he try and hold the family at Neverland....what was he so scared of? Why pay off the other family if he hadnt done anything wrong? Surely anybody who had been accused of this offence would fight to clear their name not give hush money! If that had happened to my child then I would want to see justice done and wouldnt have accepted a penny off him.....but who knows what they were threatened with! After all Michael Jackson is a big name in the states and at the time of the first case he was a very powerful and influential man! Personally I dont buy his little boy lost act.....he is fully aware of what he has been doing! Bev

As said before Innocent until proven guilty. If he is innocent, then he must be stark raving to carry on inviting young boys into his home & bedroom. The parents of the children allowed to sleep over at his ranch must also be stark raving to let their children stay there, knowing his previous pay off to a child. Not having the sense to realise that openly saying on national telivision that he sleeps (as in zzzzzzz) with the boys when they visit.....would make people look into it as being rather 'odd'. Whatever the verdict He is a middle aged man, who should know his behavior regarding sleeping (zzzz) with children who are not his own is unacceptable. Even after the last court case where he paid off a child. Any NORMAL person would NOT get themselves in any sort of same situation again. He has brought this all onto himself, and now has to pay the price of a trial, and possibly jail. If any good comes out of this, hopefully it will be that his own children are allowed to grow up and have a somewhat nornal life away from the veils.. (that to me IS abuse). Elaine x

I believe he is innocent but very odd and a strange man. I believe he lives in his own little bubble and to him, having kids over, having a fairground in your back garden may seem innocent. I actually feel sorry for him.

from what I have read so far on this thread and without trying to cause any offence to anyone I think some of you need to think about what you are saying before you say it. I mean lets face it whatever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'!!! Maybe this thread should be removed before someone gets themselves in to really deep water.

I agree , but people will come back and say they are entitled to their opinions!! I personally believe he is Innocent, and hope he gets the help he needs. xxxx

Whether guilty or innocent, from what I have heard he needs locking up for his own good. Whether it is in Jail or a Mental Hospital is for others to decide. If he were not so high profile he would be universally condemned for sleeping with small boys who are not members of his family. And Gillie, Not just in the same bedroom but in the same bed? No..... not 'Normal behaviour'

I'm not going to say anything else on this as I've already said what I have to say. Seems tho that there are some narrow minded people around when it comes to people who are mentally ill. I wont be coming back with any more comments!!!
