Hi Kaz, How is th elittle fella this morning, improving I hope. In my experience with my dogs they go down as quickly as children do and come back up just as quick. Please dont be tempted when re-introducing food to give othe than the vet has said, plain boiled rice, pasta dn fish as the stomach will be really sensitive and could do more harm than good otherwise. Lets us know how is and give him lots of TLC, which I am sure you will anyway. Jayne

Hope pup is feeling better Karen. Us humans feel a bit useless sometimes when they get sick. Christine, we've got a gorgeous 16 month Golden, but all of a sudden his nose is changing colour. We're lucky to have a vet that will do house calls anytime day or night, but he'll think I've flipped if I get him out over this one. He already thinks I'm OTT where the big fella is concerned. Any ideas? Magi

Karen - has he had his vaccinations? If so, he will be immunised against parvovirus (try googling for more info) - sorry, don't know what age puppies are vaccinated as we got our dog when he was 5.

I have a black lab who I call, 'A big fat pig'. She will eat anything and everything, and on a few occasions has made her self ill like the symptons you have stated. If your dog is still ill in the morning I would defiatly take her/him to the vet. I give mine boiled water and definatly NO food when she's like this. Hope your dog is OK soon. Jo.
