Brilliant match Steven Gerrard was magnificent the star performer. No matter what team won eventually it was a well deserved win. L I V E R P O O L and A.C. Milan played one of the best football matches I have seen for years. A fond farewell to the gentleman footballer Maldini AC Milan's captain,one of the great footballers of his time this is his last match. He has been an inspiration and a gentleman during his long years in football given more of footballers great salary to charity he supports young people in Italy. Wonderful football. YES!!!!!!!!! Sad to say I am deaf in left ear - hysterical son phoned when they scored their second goal and was still on the line when they scored third! They deserve it - I told him at teatime they would win as this afternoon when I switched on the car radio Gerry was blasting out the Liverpool Hymn!! Ann |
