Hi Lemon.......... Yuk is all I can say. We have a brown bin for general waste, a blue bag for paper and a black box for bottles, jars and cans, only I never got a black box, they missed me out. Some in St Helens have a green bin for garden waste and cardboard but I haven't got one yet. I'm looking forward to it so I can tackle my jungle of a garden as it's the only way I can dispose of the weeds etc. Juliexx

We have 3 wheely bins, green -anything, brown-garden waste, Blue-wash and squash. last week i knocked the brown one onto greenhouse and broke two panes glass. Today i went to empty my wash and squash , by mistake put it in the brown bin. Council wont lift if a bin is contaminated by wrong rubbish. So I had to put brown bin on its side, practically crawl insid as its deep, and fish out my tins, paper etc.....came out covered in grass and rotting weeds....
