I'm real enough, have only visited general board twice as have only been a member since july, and the last two months was some serious time spent researchig my ancestors. But to be honest have been made to feel a little welcome, and also a little unwelcome at the same time. Please see my earlier message about my concerns on me nudgeing my requests for help, and let me know what you think about latter replys. Am i being paranoid? |

Hi Wendy You have to nudge threads asking for help if you haven't had a reply don't you........ ............. otherwise how do people see them. There are lots of answers to problems on the other boards if you scroll through them or type it into a search. :-) Mandy |

Thanks Mandy, Feel a little better about using the boards now, but when i had a browse at the boards recently, i felt that 'newbies' as i now know new members are refered to, were made at times to feel a little inferior. But having said that, i have to say that help i have had on my research was great! Am a novice to a p.c. took myself on a course as felt i was missing out, i'm glad i did it now though, as started off with about 30 relatives, now have about 120! Think i'll add to succ boared. |
