I have never actually really tried to give up completely but I'll give it a go. I did cut down to 5 a day, but then retired from work and the boredom is killing !! Therefore I seem to make endless cups of coffee accompanied by.... yes a cigarette so I'm back up to 10 a day. I've smoked for about 40 years so it's going to be a struggle. I think I'll have to go on an aerobics regime because if I put on weight I certainly can't afford to replace all my wardrobe - pension won't allow it. Anyway, 1st Jan ...here goes. |
