WE HAVE SNOW!! Top end of Somerset, near Bath and border with Wiltshire. It's big flakes and they're settling. Unfortunately it's very windy too. Son gets the school bus into the next county, but they have instructions only to wait at the bus stop for 20 minutes so he's hoping that he might get to come back home ... to build snowmen with the dogs I reckon LOL! I just opened the window and stuck my nose out... pulled it in pretty quick, cos it's freezing out there... and very icey as we had hail yesterday and it has frozen overnight... so be careful around CHESTER everyone... Drive carefully, Anne :))) |

ARGHHHHHHH The weather man, Richard Angwin, said on Somerset Sound yesterday morning that the snow would be on the high ground of Exmoor & The Quantocks. I know where I live is quite high but I'm not on either & I've woken to a couple of inches of snow. Looks pretty but I've got to get to work. Talk to you all later Vivienne |

We've got snow here in the Highlands, its been on and off all day but has been laying since about 5pm. A good couple of inches on the ground now and snowing heavily. Jane |

Germaine, When I lived in Cleveleys and Gaynor lived in Bamber Bridge, we had snow in Cleveleys and she didn't have any in Bamber Bridge. The children were with me that weekend and I had to take photos so that their friends would believe them. June xx |
